IAC is a space where athletes of all levels come together to share, learn, and grow.
IAC is a community where athletes get support; share knowledge and experiences; and, access resources to improve their fitness and wellness. At IAC, we believe in the power of individual fitness journeys and the unique paths each athlete takes to achieve their goals. Our community is not about convincing people to work out; instead, it's dedicated to supporting and enhancing the experiences of those who have already made that commitment to themselves.

IAC develops workout programs, curates exercise content, and shares them. We also offer resources tailored specifically for you.
Product Reviews
Athletes know what we love and we love that stuff unequivocally. IAC posts reviews and links for equipment the community has tested and uses.
Podcasts & Blogs
The IAC welcomes guests to discuss a broad range of fitness and wellness topics, in the context of REAL-LIFE. It is not purposefully profane, but it is irreverent, and not for the faint of heart.
