IAC posts workouts and creates programming
Predesigned workout routines can be expensive and difficult to interpret, even for experienced athletes. Building out a custom workout routine can be time-consuming. Remember, your experience, ability, and personal goals are only a few factors that impact what workout program will work for you. IAC creates and curates programs from within the community. We share what works and try to get rid of what doesn’t. You can check out these workouts below. In addition, we try to post-workout plans to Instagram the first week of every month, following @IAC_Fairfax.
